Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Neuropath Care is a connected anxiety-care platform. Because the information you share with us is health information, we hold ourselves to a simple standard: your record is yours and your clinician's — nobody else's.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us through the contact page.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Assessment data — your answers to clinical instruments (GAD-7, ISI), medical history, medications, substance use, and safety-screen responses.
- Monitoring data — daily check-ins (anxiety level, mood, sleep, shift factors) and, if you connect a wearable, vitals such as heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep score.
- Care records — clinician reviews, decisions, and the messages exchanged around them.
- Order information — spray subscriptions, deliveries, and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Technical data — device, browser, and usage information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To deliver the service: run your assessment, route it to a licensed clinician for review, unlock and operate your care plan, and fulfil orders.
- To power Signal, our intelligence layer: risk analysis on submission, reflections after check-ins, and trajectory insight over time. Every AI-generated output you see is labelled as such.
- To keep you safe: deterministic escalation logic screens every interaction, and crisis resources are surfaced when concern is detected.
- To improve care: only de-identified, anonymised signal is used to learn what works across the platform. Your individual data is never used to train general AI models.
Who can see your data
- You, through your account.
- The licensed clinician who reviews your assessments and follows your care.
- Service providers we rely on to operate the platform (hosting, payments, email), bound by contract to use data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with employers, agencies, insurers, advertisers, or other users. We disclose it only if you direct us to, or where the law requires.
AI and your data
Signal's risk analysis is produced for clinicians only — it is never shown to you raw, and it is never used to make a clinical decision on its own. A licensed clinician reads, edits, and owns every decision and every message you receive. Every input to and output from the AI layer is screened and logged for audit.
Security
- Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Each patient record is isolated — separated by patient, private by default.
- Access is role-restricted and logged. Escalations and AI interactions carry a full audit trail.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — view and update your account information at any time.
- Export — request a copy of your data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data through account settings or the contact page. We honour deletion requests except where law requires retention of specific records.
- Consent — monitoring, wearable connection, and spray subscriptions are opt-in and can be stopped at any time.
Retention
We keep your care record for as long as your account is active, so that your longitudinal history remains useful to you and your clinician. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Children
Neuropath Care is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you — in the product and by email — before the change takes effect.
