Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Neuropath Care — the website, the assessment, the care platform, and the spray subscription. By using the service you agree to them. Please read them; they are written to be read.

1. What Neuropath Care is — and is not

Neuropath Care is a connected anxiety-care platform. Assessments use validated clinical instruments and are reviewed by licensed clinicians. Signal, our AI layer, structures information and supports clinicians — it does not practice medicine.

Neuropath Care is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Do not rely on the platform for urgent help.

2. Clinical services

  • Submitting an assessment creates a request for review by a licensed clinician. The clinician may approve your care plan, request more information, or decline — and personally owns each decision.
  • The platform does not issue diagnoses by itself, and AI output is never a diagnosis. Every AI-generated message is labelled as AI-generated.
  • The service complements, and does not replace, any therapy, medication, or treatment relationship you have. Do not change medication or treatment based on anything in the platform without talking to a qualified professional.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide honest, accurate information in assessments and check-ins. Clinical review is only as good as what it reviews.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and your account to yourself.
  • Use the service only for yourself, and only if you are 18 or older.

4. Fees and payment

  • Clinician review fee — a one-time fee, charged when you submit an assessment for review. It is shown at checkout before you pay. Under most plans it is HSA-eligible and claimable through insurance; eligibility depends on your plan.
  • Monitoring plan — an optional monthly subscription, available after approval. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Spray subscription — an optional monthly delivery with bundle pricing. Skip or cancel at any time before a renewal is processed.
  • If a clinician declines your assessment without providing the review service, we will refund the review fee.

5. Sprays

The Calm, Sleep, and Focus sprays are botanical wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Read the label, and consult a professional if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your record is yours and your clinician's; we do not sell it, and only de-identified signal is used to improve the platform.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no scraping, no interfering with other users' care, no using the platform to harm yourself or others, and no reverse-engineering of the AI or safety systems.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and its software belong to Neuropath Care or its licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with care, but "as is": we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending things

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (privacy, liability, IP) survive termination.

11. Changes

If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
